Brand Advocate Social Media Coach

Position overview

The Brand Advocate & Social Media Team Coach is responsible for inspiring a team of 5-8 brand advocates to provide red carpet customer experiences in multiple public facing platforms by leading, supporting, coaching and mentoring. This position will work to portray the mission of Enso Rings across social media channels and review platforms. The Brand Advocate team coach must be able to understand our customer life cycle and adjust brand language to match current marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Brand Advocate & Social Media/Marketing Manager to provide a great culture and experience for our Enso Family
  • Utilizes social media listening tools to identify issues, trends, and ways to build our community on all social media channels
  • Educates customers, supports brand loyalty, and encourages customer engagement across various channels
  • Conducts ongoing best practice, competitor, and new technology research to capitalize on new trends and keep social media efforts up-to-date and effective
  • Works cross-functionally to maximize customer experience
  • Conducts team meetings, team building and other team activities
  • Conducts weekly 1:1s with specialists to provide motivation, coaching, and feedback
  • Supports team in their professional development at Enso Rings by looking for opportunities for growth
  • Maintains and updates appropriate documentation for specialists, including timesheets, and attendance.
  • Consistently supports our mission of being a force for good

Desired Traits & Abilities

  • 3+ years in a leadership capacity
  • 2+ years of social media experience
  • Demonstrates a passion for providing life changing experiences
  • Detail oriented, skilled in organizational and time management
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to digest, analyze and report on data and key metrics
  • Ability to adapt and manage frequent change
  • Knack for process improvement

Compensation
