Brand Advocate Social Media Specialist

Position overview

The Brand Advocate & Social Media Specialist is responsible for supporting our Customer Care team’s mission and values by maintaining the Enso Brand & Voice on our social media platforms. This position will work to portray the mission of Enso Rings across social media channels and review platforms. The Brand Advocate specialist must be able to understand our customer life cycle and adjust brand language to match current marketing strategies.


  • Works closely with the Brand Team to provide a great culture and experience for our Enso Family
  • Educates customers, supports brand loyalty, and encourages customer engagement across various channels
  • Responds to all comments and questions via social media
  • Helps plan and run two company fun events for the office to enjoy each month with your Brand Team and manager

  • Work 1 weekend day


  • Prior Social Media Support experience
  • Willing to work both weekend days


Competitive salary depending on experience.
