Position Description

Enso Rings is a new, fast-growing, creative, forward thinking, fun, and exciting company seeking a Customer Care Representative to work from our office in Lehi, Utah. This is a full time position helping our team always deliver a positive customer experience!


  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Help facilitate returns/exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales by having a thorough product knowledge, and by identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open, sincere, and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete product and policy information.
  • Handle negative feedback, provide appropriate, and creative solutions and alternatives with urgency; follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Take the extra mile to help, engage and impress customers.
  • Customer Interaction on social media platforms


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently without constant supervision
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible in job responsibilities
