Position overview:

As a retail associate, you will be an ambassador for the Enso Rings brand, mission, products, and community -- responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties in the retail store at our corporate office, from greeting customers and making them feel welcome, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, upselling, and providing opinions and product information. As needed, you will also assist with key relationships, events, and other revenue-driving projects. Anticipated store hours will be Monday through Friday from 2pm - 6pm, but are subject to change.

Job Responsibilities:

• Embrace and utilize brand, service, and product training in order to build a bond between Enso Rings’ brand and customers

• Solve customers’ needs by connecting them with the right products

• Drive towards a high level of brand and product expertise and serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and associates

• Keep the floor stocked with product

• Process returns and exchanges for customers

• Prevent theft or damage to products

• Keep a clean and organized storefront

• Specialty retail sales experience

• Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented

• 18+ years old

• High school degree

• Trustworthy:  punctual, dependable, and responsible

• Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial skills

• Creative and adaptable team player with a winning and positive attitude

• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Compensation

$13.00 per hour + bonus incentive opportunities
