Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Orders typically ship out within one to two business days. Orders received after 2pm MST on Friday will ship out the following Monday. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped. Of course if you ever have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your ring for any reason, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund within 365 days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return your ring, simply email email@example.com and we will send you a return label to ship the ring back. After your ring has been returned, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment used within 3-5 business days.
If you need a different size, don’t worry! Simply fill out the form below and we’ll send you a new size absolutely FREE. For domestic orders, we’ll also include a return shipping label you can use to send back your current ring. For international orders, unfortunately we can’t print pre-paid return labels but you can send the rings back in a simple envelope for the price of one or two stamps 🙂
