We are not able to change rings in an order once it has been placed. We can however cancel your order, at any time before it ships, and then help you place a new order with the correct rings. We package your rings quickly so please give us a call as soon as possible.

Back Orders/Out of Stock

BACKORDERS

Our Elements rings are made in house so we do allow a number of them to be ordered even when they are out of stock. If a ring is on backorder, we will notify you when it is added to your cart as well as on the check out page. Backorder rings are estimated to be shipped out in 7-10 business days. Any rings in your order will be sent out when your backorder ring is ready. An email with tracking will be sent once your ring(s) has been shipped.

 

OUT OF STOCK

At times some of our rings may be out of stock. Out of Stock rings* are estimated to return to our inventory in about 14 business days. If you’d like to be kept in the loop on when the ring you have your eye on is back, simply join the waitlist by entering your email on the page with the corresponding out of stock ring.

If you create an account before or during the placement of your order, you can view your order history by following these steps:

  1. Click on the person icon in the top right hand corner
  2. Click Orders
  3. To view itemized rings to your orders, click on the corresponding order number. This will include size, style and color

ADDING ORDERS TO AN ACCOUNT

If you created an account after your order was placed, we would be happy to add those orders to your new account. Send us an email with your order number and the email address associated to your account so we can get you taken care of.

Sizing

Our rings are sized the same as traditional metal rings but differ a little in fit due to the flexible nature of silicone. If you are between sizes, we suggest starting with the smaller of the two sizes as there will be a little stretch in the ring.

Engraving

Engraving is available on all Elements, Infinity and Ultralite rings for just $9.99 per ring.

For our Elements rings, engraving is only available on the exterior.

For our Infinity and Ultralite rings, engraving is only available on the interior.

Engraving takes 2-3 business days before being packaged for shipping.

 

ENGRAVING ORDERS

All engraving orders are final. We can not change or cancel an order with an engraved ring. We’d be happy to help you with a return if needed.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your ring we’d be happy to process a return for you.

Engraving fees are non refundable, however we’d be happy to refund the cost of your ring.

EXCHANGES

Size not quite right? Let us know! We’d be happy to exchange it for a better size.

If you’d like to have your new size engraved, an additional engraving fee of $9.99 will be applied.

Every Enso Ring comes with a Lifetime Warranty, even engraved rings! Your warranty covers rips, breaks, tears, and stretching. Need a new ring? Let us know!

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

Domestic orders over $50 ship free or it’s just $1.99 for orders under $50.

International orders ship for just $4.99, no matter how many rings or how far away you are!

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). After your order has shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders are sent by Standard Mail via DHL. When you package arrives to it’s general destination, it’s then passed on to your local post for delivery (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc).

Domestic orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive, but please allow up to 7 business days.

International orders usually take 7-10 business days to arrive, but please allow up to 14 business days.

Tracking My Order

When an order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow that tracking link to see where your package is at in it’s journey. For the best tracking, we recommend using the tracking number on DHLs direct website.

Once a package is passed onto the local post, a new tracking number will be available. You can view this new tracking number on DHL’s website.

  • For Domestic orders, you will be able to click the link to go directly to the USPS website.
  • For International orders, simply copy the new tracking number and head over to your local post’s website for your delivery update.

Duties & Taxes

It is rare, but some customers do receive duty fees. If you happen to receive these additional fees, please let us know. We’d be happy to refund you the amount paid or provide store credit for a future purchase.

Just send us an email with a copy of your receipt and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.
