Shipping

  • Priority Domestic Shipping: 2-3 business days

    Standard Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days

    International: 10-14 business days

    Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday - Friday. If your order is received after 1 PM MST or after business hours, it will be processed the following business day. The standard transit time provided by the delivery service is after the order has been picked up.

Hybrid Exchange & Returns

    • As long as you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your ring, it is eligible for exchange.

    • Exchanging an engraved ring will incur the engraving fee.

    • Exchanges include a different size, color, or even style. When exchanging for a differently priced item, we will send you either an invoice or refund for the difference.

    • Orders are eligible for two exchanges per product per order within 30 days of receiving the item(s)

    • The return shipping costs will be covered by Enso Rings by providing a shipping label for any domestic shipment. 

    • Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging.

    • The returned product must be mailed within 15 days.

    • As long as you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your ring, it is eligible to be returned for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

    • The product & package protection is non-refundable.

    • If the ring is not returned in a re-sellable condition, a 10% restocking fee may be applied.

    • Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed after  your product is received.

Hybrid Lifetime Warranty

    • Our Hybrid rings are covered by our lifetime warranty. For details on what’s covered by our warranty see below.

    Covered

    • Discolorations, chips, deformation, broken ring and tears.

    Not Covered

    • Scratches and wear to the metal portion of the ring.

    • Lost rings.

    • Warranty replacements are for the same ring originally ordered. If we no longer carry that ring, we will provide you with a store credit in the amount you originally paid for the ring.
