As long as you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your product, it is eligible for exchange.
When exchanging an item with engraving, please be aware that you'll need to cover the cost of the engraving.
Exchanges include a different size, color, or even style. When exchanging for a differently priced item, we will send you either an invoice or refund for the difference.
Orders are eligible for one exchange per product per order within 30 days of receiving the item(s)
Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging.
The returned product must be mailed within 16 days.
Lost items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
For Hybrid rings, if the ring is not returned in a re-sellable condition, a 10% restocking fee may be applied.

The return shipping cost will vary depending on your location, but is typically between $5-$15. The replacement outbound shipping cost is $10.99 or $15.99 (USD) for Canada shipments or $5.99 or $7.99 for domestic shipments, depending on the delivery method chosen.
Please note that the $1.99 package protection offered prior to August 1, 2024 does not cover return or outbound shipping cost.
For international orders (except Canada, UK, AU):
Our Free Returns + Package Protection for $2.99 isn’t available just yet. If you need to make a return, the shipping cost will be on you, but we’re always here to help if you have any questions!
The engraving fee is non-refundable.
As long as you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your ring, it is eligible to be returned for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.
Clearance items can be returned for store credit only or for exchange, if you purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection. If you didn’t opt for the Free Returns + Package Protection, the clearance items are only eligible for exchange, and you will need to pay for the return and replacement shipping costs.
If you purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection, the return shipping cost is on us. If you didn’t opt for the Free Returns & Package Protection, you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
Please note that the Free Returns + Package Protection and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you have your original order number and email address used for the purchase, you can easily initiate a return or exchange.

If you bought items between November 1 and December 31, you have until January 31 to submit them for refund or exchange.
If your delivery date is within 30 days of January 31, our standard return policy applies. This means you'll need to return the product within 30 days of when it was delivered.
Express (USPS): Estimated 1-2 business days after processing
Expedited (USPS): Estimated 2-3 business days after processing
Ground (Continental US - Ships via DHL, delivers USPS or First Mile, delivers ACI or USPS): Estimated 5-7 business days after processing
Canada Ships via DHL, delivers by local post: Estimated 10-14 business days after processing for International Economy. Estimated 7-12 business days after processing for International Flat Rate.
International: 10-50 calendar days after processing, depending on location. Please contact Customer Service here to inquire about the estimated timeframe.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt, Monday - Friday. If your order includes engraving, processing will take 2-3 business days. Please note, the delivery service's transit time applies once the order has been picked up.
During any holiday season, we may experience unusually high volume which can affect our shipping time frame. Please keep in mind that we will always process your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier it can take up to 48 hours for the first update to appear.
Our orders are shipped via DHL. After being shipped with DHL, the packages are then passed on to USPS (United States Postal Service). The shipments are expected to arrive in your mailbox.
If you notice anything abnormal with your order's tracking history, please let us know within 60 days of your shipping date so we can help you out.
The $2.99 package & protection protects your purchase with coverage for theft, missing or damaged products during transit. It will cover any return shipping costs as well as outbound shipping costs for exchanges and warranty replacements. This is not currently available for international (excluding Canada, UK, AU) orders.
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes a package can incur a duty or customs fee when being shipped internationally. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we will not be able to pay or reimburse for these fees.
Our window for making changes to orders is very short. We strive to process your rings quickly, so we can't always guarantee we'll catch it in time, but we'll do our best to assist you! If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us.

To find your order's shipping status:
Find your shipping confirmation email.
Select Track Order.
The shipping status will show an estimated delivery date.
Order Confirmation – We’ve received your order and it’s being prepared.
Order Processed – Your order has been processed, and a tracking number has been assigned. It’s now awaiting scanning at the shipping facility.
Order Shipped – Your order is on its way to you! You can track its progress using the provided tracking number.
Order Delivered – Your package has arrived at its destination.
If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, it may be delayed or missing a carrier scan. Here’s what you need to know:
Domestic Shipments: Carriers require a wait time of at least 7 full days from the last tracking scan before a package can be considered lost in transit. If your package has not had a tracking update for 7 full days, you may submit a lost-in-transit exchange request.
International Shipments: A package is only deemed lost if it has not arrived within 10 days of the expected delivery date (which may vary by country). If your package has not arrived and it has been 10 days beyond the expected delivery date, you may submit a lost-in-transit exchange request.
If your order status shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, here are a few steps to help locate your package before starting a replacement request:
Check your mailbox or post office – Our packages are delivered to your mailbox or post office. Check with your local post office to see if the package is there.
Ask neighbors or household members – Check with neighbors or someone in your household to see if they received the package.
Allow extra time – Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered a little early. In most cases, it arrives within the next 1-2 days.

We make our silicone rings and bracelets to last, but sometimes wear, tear and snags happen. That's why we've got you covered with a lifetime replacement warranty.

Discolorations, deformation, broken ring
Stretching, wear and tear, and fading to the inner silicone portion of the ring.

Scratches and wear to the metal portion of the ring.

Warranty replacements are for the same ring originally ordered. If we no longer carry that ring, we will provide you with a store credit in the amount you originally paid for the ring.

Our watch bands, necklaces and embrace bracelets come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use, but not for accidental damage.

Tearing or breakage under normal wear conditions.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
Normal wear and tear, including discoloration or surface scratches.

Try out our sizing guide to find the perfect fit! Our rings use the same sizing conventions as traditional metal rings.
Our rings run in whole sizes only (6, 7, 8, etc.) If you are traditionally a half size, we recommend ordering the closest smaller size, as the silicone will flex and relax after a few days of wear.
Hybrid rings run in whole sizes only. If you are traditionally half size, we recommend ordering the closest larger size, as the Hybrid ring will not flex and relax like the traditional silicone ring does.
Wrong sizes happen. Our exchange program is designed to make wrong sizes right. If you order the wrong size, get in touch with us and our incredible customer service team will do their best to get you paired with the right size.
We recommend ordering based on their traditional ring size. If they are a half size, we recommend ordering the closest smaller size (larger size for Hybrid rings) as the silicone will flex and relax after a few days of wear. If you're hoping to surprise someone, you can use one of their existing rings alongside our size guide to figure out the right size.
We make four bracelet sizes.

Because bracelet sizing is more subjective than ring sizing based on your desired fit, we recommend using our bracelet sizing guide before ordering.
Our Elements, Legends, Birthstone, Bevel, Infinity, and Dualtone styles are all engravable. Because our Halo bands are so thin, they're not able to be engraved.

Most rings are engraved on the exterior so you can still benefit from our comfortable breathing chambers on the inside of the ring. Some rings, such as the Infinity and Bevel, can be engraved on the interior.
For Hybrid rings, only the exterior portion of the silicone ring can be engraved.
As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your ring, we're happy to help you with an exchange. You'll just need to cover the cost to engrave a new ring, and we'll cover the cost of the new ring.
Orders are processed within 2 business days. If your ring includes engraving, please allow an additional 3–4 business days before it ships.
Find the Membership link in your navigation. You can join either tier of our club from that page. You can also join the membership program from your cart (as long as it's not empty!).
Once you've joined the program, you can login to your account using the same email address you used to create your membership. Once signed in, click "Manage Membership".
You can easily upgrade to the Gold tier by visiting the Membership page and clicking "Join Gold" button.
The membership broken is broken into two tiers:
The Gold tier is $20/year, billed annually, and provides a variety of unique benefits.
The Bronze tier is free and has fewer benefits.
You can cancel your membership anytime through your account portal—no termination fees or hidden costs. However, refunds or credits (including partial billing periods) are not provided. Your membership will remain active for 12 months from the original purchase date.

Although a few of our rings include a small amount of precious metal particles, they’re fully blended into the silicone and do not create a continuous pathway. This means the material stays non-conductive and won’t carry an electrical charge.
