We make our rings to last but wear, snags, and the unexpected happen. That's what the lifetime warranty is for.
Covered: rips, tears, stretching, and discoloration. For Hybrid rings, that also includes metal fading, deformation, breakage, and wear to the inner silicone components. Clearance rings are covered too. If we no longer carry your original ring, we'll issue store credit for the amount you paid.
Not covered: lost rings, and minor surface scratches on the Hybrid metal finish — that's just life with metal jewelry.
These items come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from your delivery date, covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.
Covered: defects in materials or workmanship, separation of the band from connectors, and tearing or breakage under normal wear. If we no longer carry your original item, we'll provide store credit for what you paid.
Not covered: accidental damage or misuse, normal wear and discoloration, damage from harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures, unauthorized modifications, and lost items

If you added Free Returns + Package Protection ($2.99) at checkout, replacement shipping is on us — available for US, Canada, UK, and AU orders. If you didn't opt in, you'll cover the outbound shipping cost.
