We offer 30-day returns and exchanges for customers in the U.S. and Canada, starting from the date of your purchase.
Here are some things to take note of:
Items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage, with original packaging
Exchanges include a different size, color, or even style. If prices don't match, we'll settle up for the difference.
Lost items are not eligible for exchange or refund
Engraving fees are not refundable
For metal hybrid rings, if the ring is not returned in a re-sellable condition, a 10% restocking fee may be applied
Clearance items can be exchanged but are not eligible for returns
What about shipping?
If you purchased the Free Returns & Package Protection with your order, we've got you covered. Shipping will be on us.
If you didn't purchase Free Returns & Package Protection you'll need to cover the shipping charges. It usually runs between $5–$15, depending on where you are.
Right of Withdrawal (EU customers only)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us. Personalized items such as engraved products and fees are exempt.
